America’s Ultimate Queen is excited to offer a Vendor Spot at the America’s Ultimate Queen National Prep Workshop on February 28, 2026. The event will last from approximately 10am to 5pm, with an exact timeframe released one week prior to the event!

America’s Ultimate Queen is a National Pageant system that features women from ages 7 and up. Our core values are showcasing that everyone is beautiful in their own way! “BE your own kind of BEAUTIFUL!”

• Vendor Expectations

  • Vendors will communicate with National Directors

    • Vendors will E-mail or Facebook message Alyson Nicely and Nikita Klotzsche with any questions, concerns, or updates

  • Time Management

    • Vendors will be courteous of America’s Ultimate Queen schedule and will not cause any delegate to be late or tardy to any areas of competitions.

  • Supplies​

    • America's Ultimate Queen will not provide any supplies except the venue. If you need a table, extension cord, etc, it must be provided by the Vendor. ​

  • Confidentiality​

    • Any information that the National Directors provide you with will remain confidential until the National Directors release the information publicly 

      • If any confidential information is leaked the contract will terminate immediately and any perks or access to America’s Ultimate Queen and Stones of a Crown LLC will not be honored.

• Special Considerations

  • America’s Ultimate Queen charges a non-refundable $25 Vendor fee which is due upon signing of the contract.

  • America’s Ultimate Queen will not be held responsible for any misunderstandings, complaints, injury, or theft on or before the America’s Ultimate Queen National Prep Workshop.
