2024 National Ultimate Influencer Contract

By signing this contract I agree to the terms and conditions, laid out below, written by the National Directors, Alyson Nicely and Nikita Klotzsche, of America’s Ultimate Queen.

Agreements

  1. I agree to read and understand the America’s Ultimate Queen (AUQ) Contestant Handbook.

  2. As a National titleholder, I shall adhere to the 2024 Official AUQ Rules & Regulations signed during Pageant registration. (If you need a copy of the agreement, please let the AUQ National Directors know immediately.)

  3. I understand that per AUQ rules, I am allowed to compete in other Pageant systems unless they were to interfere with carrying out my duties as a National titleholder. 

    1. If I were to compete at another system that has a non-compete and win I will be required to relinquish my America’s Ultimate Queen National Title within 48 hours. 

    2. All National prize packages must be returned to America’s Ultimate Queen National Office within 7 days of relinquishing title which includes but not limited to:

      1. Scholarships

      2. Crown and Sash

      3. Sponsored gifts

  4. Titleholder Obligations

    1. I understand that as National Queen, I am required to complete a minimum of 12 (one per month) appearances during my reign. I understand that I am expected to schedule and manage appearances on my own while informing my directors of upcoming appearances. 

      1. Appearances will be added under the National Queen Page on https://www.americasultimatequeenpageant.com/nationalqueens

  1. If appearances are not submitted under the National Queen Page they do not count 

  1. I understand that as National Queen, I am required to complete a minimum of 12 Community Service Projects during my reign. I understand that I am expected to schedule and manage Community Service Projects on my own while informing my directors. 

    1. Community Service Projects will be added under the National Delegate Page on https://www.americasultimatequeenpageant.com/nationalqueens

  1. If Community Service projects are not submitted under the National Queen Page they do not count. 

  1. I understand that as National Queen, I will have a modeling contract with Stones of a Crown Magazine for 1 year (12 months).

    1. The contract will include but not limited to:

      1. Written platform articles

      2. Interviews

      3. Appearances and Community Service projects

  2. I understand that as an AUQ National Queen, I am expected to post and interact on social media. 

    1. America's Ultimate Queen will provide me with an instagram handle and password for my titleholder instagram via Facebook Messenger. I will not change the password at any time without approval from the National Directors. 

      1. I understand at all times the National Directors will have access to this instagram page​

    2. I agree to refrain from social media activities that would, or may have the potential to, negatively represent the America’s Ultimate Queen Pageant System.

    3. I understand that if I am found to be interacting on social media in the form of bullying, posting inappropriate photos/videos, or harassment I will be stripped of my title and required to return all items from my prize package. 

    4. I agree to post a minimum of 2 posts per month on my social media page including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

      1. All posts MUST tag @AmericasUltimateQueen 

  3. I understand that I am not to engage in the use of illegal substances or engage in any illegal activity. If I do I will be stripped of my title and required to return all items from my prize package.

  4. (Senior Divisions) I understand that even if I am of age, I agree to not drink or smoke in my crown and/or sash. I agree that I will not post any photos of me drinking and/or smoking on my personal social media during my reign.  

  5. I understand that as a titleholder, it is my duty to promote the America’s Ultimate Queen system in a positive manner to help gain new contestants, followers, sponsors, and/or supporters throughout my year of reign.

  6. I understand that as a National Queen, I am expected to work to positively promote the America’s Ultimate Queen Pageant. I understand that as a National Queen I am a spokesmodel and recruiter for the America’s Ultimate Queen Pageant System. I am expected to bring a minimum of 1 State/Regional Delegate to the 2025 National Competition. 

  7. I understand that as a 2024 National Queen, I am required to attend the 2025 National competition to crown my successor.

    1. The 2024 America’s Ultimate Queen National Competition will be held June 26-29, 2025, location TBD.

      1. I understand that the National dates may change, but no later than August 1, 2024.​

  8. I understand that as the 2024 Ultimate Influencer, I am a National Titleholder and have duties as such. However, I do have the opportunity to re-compete in the 2025 National Competition for an Age Division Title. ​

    1. ​IF I decide to hold a State Title simultaneously
      1. I understand that I am ineligible to win the Ultimate Influencer title for 2025.
      2. I am expected to crown the 2025 Ultimate Influencer
      3. I will be responsible for all hotel and entry fee costs
    2. If I decide not to hold a State Title simultaneously​

      1. America’s Ultimate Queen and the National Directors will cover Lunch and Dinner during Nationals weekend. 

      2. America’s Ultimate Queen will pay for 3 nights in a shared hotel room.

        1. Two National Queens per room. 

        2. If you chose not to share a room then the room would not be covered by America’s Ultimate Queen. 

      3. I agree to help the National Directors at the National Pageant in any way they deem necessary. 

  9. I understand that as a 2024 National Queen, I will attend the State Pageant Weekends, if available. The dates will be provided to me by the National Directors before they are announced to the public.

  10. I understand that as a 2024 National Queen, I am required to help with Pageant Prep Week for 2025 Nationals. This will include but limited to

    1. Interview prep sessions 

    2. Zoom Calls

    3. Helping answer questions 

    4. Share your experiences at the 2024 Nationals  

  11. I understand that as a National titleholder, I have been awarded a Cash Scholarship. The scholarship will be given in three installments.

    1. The first installment will be distributed upon the signing of this contract

    2. The second installment will be distributed on November 1, 2024, as long as the following criteria have been met:

      1. 6 community service projects have been completed & submitted

      2. 6 appearances have been completed & submitted

      3. National Headshots have been submitted

    3. The final installment will be awarded after the 2025 National competition 

  12. Communication

    1. I understand that communication will primarily be done via Facebook Messenger

    2. I agree to stay in communication with the national directors by responding to all messages within 72 hours, unless communicated ahead of time being unable to respond for a short period. 

    3. As a titleholder, I understand that punctuality is key. Deadlines for all tasks must be met. Failure to meet deadlines or communicate in a timely manner could result in the relinquishment of my title or prizes, as seen fit by the National Directors.

  13. Photo Release

    1. By signing this contract I give the America’s Ultimate Queen Pageant, National Directors, and Sponsors the right to use any photos and/or videos that I may appear in. These photos and/or videos may be used for, but not limited to, the following

      1. Social Media campaigns

      2. Marketing purposes

      3. Promoting the AUQ Pageant System

  14. Headshots

    1. As a National Queen it is required that I submit a high-quality, professional headshot to the AUQ National Directors within 60 days of being crowned. This photo will be used for publicity and marketing purposes.

  15. I understand that as a National titleholder, if I default under this contract, the America’s Ultimate Queen Pageant National Directors may treat any one or more of the foregoing occurrences as a breach of this contract and thereupon at its option may, without notice or demand of any kind (which I hereby expressively waive), invoke any or all of, but not limited to, the following remedies:

    1. Revoking of the National title 

    2. Demand the return of all prizes, awards, and/or monies given

    3. Pass the Title to the 1st runner-up

    4. Refuse bookings and appearances of an official nature

The America’s Ultimate Queen Pageant, and its National Director’s, reserve the right to make a decision concerning any matters not covered in the rules and regulations and the contestant agreement.
