Official Contract

We are excited to have you join us as a Primary Judge at  America’s Ultimate Queen Nationals on April 29-30, 2023!  America’s Ultimate Queen officially has 34 State titleholders from all over the United States coming to compete for the coveted title of America’s Ultimate Queen.  Below you will find the rules and regulations.

  • Rules and Regulations

    • America’s Ultimate Queen understands that a Primary Judge might know some of the delegates. If a Judge does know any State titleholders they need to inform the Nationals directors at AUQPAGEANTS@GMAIL.COM.

    • Primary Judges will not have any private conversations with any State Delegate including but not limited to phone, text, or social media. 

    • After the signing of the Contract, America’s Ultimate Queen will provide bios for each delegate. Information from the bios is what the State Delegate submitted on their entry form.

      • Bios include the contestant's platform, social media handles, leadership skills, personal accomplishments, and future plans. 

      • Everything submitted is a copy-and-paste situation. If something was left blank the State Delegate did not submit the information as well as any grammatical errors.

      • America’s Ultimate Queen asks that you take the time and start familiarizing yourself with each State Delegate before Nationals weekend. 

        • The State Delegates are aware that the Primary Judges may be viewing their social media. 

    • America’s Ultimate Queen was given an amazing opportunity for each State Delegate to be featured in Stones of a Crown Magazine! 

      • America’s Ultimate Queen asked each delegate to submit their favorite photos of themselves and write a bio. We did not give them a word count or any other direction regarding this. We wanted them to show off WHO they are. 

        • America’s Ultimate Queen did not edit or change any bios that were submitted. Everything was copied and pasted, including any grammatical errors.

        • After signing the Judge's contract, America’s Ultimate Queen will provide a free digital copy to the primary judges.

    • After signing the Judge’s Contract, America’s Ultimate Queen will email our National Handbook. Every State Delegate has a copy and it is also available on our website www.AmericasUltimateQueenPageant.com

    • After signing the Judge's Contract, America’s Ultimate Queen will email our National Program book. 

      • State Titleholders, Primary Judges, and Sponsors will all be provided one physical copy! Additional copies are available for purchase. 

    • America’s Ultimate Queen will provide a detailed itinerary to the Primary Judges no later than 1 week (7 days) before the National Competition.

    • All America’s Ultimate Queen State Titleholders are aware that our Primary Judges will be onsite the entire weekend at the host hotel. 

      • Primary Judges are allowed to visit any America’s Ultimate Queen event including but not limited to:

        • Registration

        • Pajama Party

        • Rehearsals

        • Optional Award Ceremony

        • Emerald Party

    • America’s Ultimate Queen will provide each Judge with a private hotel room for Saturday, April 29th, 2023.

    • America’s Ultimate Queen will provide Lunch and Dinner on April 29th, 2023.

      • Lunch will be provided by the Hotel’s onsite Restaurant. 

        • America’s Ultimate Queen will provide their menu and each Judge can choose what they would like. 

        • Lunch will be delivered in the Interview room.

      • Dinner will be provided at the Emerald Party. 

        • Dinner is Build-Your-Own Stir Fry. 

    • America’s Ultimate Queen will provide a copy of the exact contestant folders that every State Delegate receives at check-in.

    • America’s Ultimate Queen will also provide special gifts to the Primary Judges.

    • Judging America’s Ultimate Queen is done on a volunteer basis and I understand that I will not be compensated for my time.

 

  • Silent Auction

    • This year we are introducing our “Platform Expansion” Initiative. America’s Ultimate Queen will be awarding a Cash Scholarship for the top-scoring contestant in each age division- our new NATIONAL TITLEHOLDERS. The Cash Scholarship is to be used to expand and spread their State/National Platform. 

    • America’s Ultimate Queen Silent Auction will be in person and on GalaBid. 

      • Every Silent Auction Sponsor will be given access to the GalaBid 24 hours before the Silent Auction begins. 

      • Silent Auction Partners are allowed to participate in our silent auction. 

 

  • America’s Ultimate Queen National Pageant

    • The 2023 America’s Ultimate Queen National Pageant will be held at Wyndham Indianapolis West (2544 Executive Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241), on April 29th and 30th, 2023.

    • America’s Ultimate Queen has 5 areas of competition: Interviews, Opening Number/Introduction, Runway, Evening Gown, and Onstage Question. 

      • Interviews at America’s Ultimate Queen are round-robin. Each Judge will be given 5 minutes with each delegate.

        • America’s Ultimate Queen will provide one question for each judge to ask every delegate. Additional Questions will come from the Interview Forms the State Delegate submitted. 

          • America’s Ultimate Queen does not have access to edit or change any of the forms. The State Delegates are aware that the exact form will be submitted AS IS to the Judges. 

          • America’s Ultimate Queen does not allow any Political or Religious questions to be asked. 

      • Opening Number/Introduction is a dance number. 

        • State Delegates will be given the opening number in our private contestant group two weeks before Nationals. 

        • Introductions are 30-45 seconds tops. Each Introduction should include: (In any order)

          • Name

          • City and State

          • State title (Must say their State Title correctly)

          • Fun Fact

        • America’s Ultimate Queen offers a total of 24 optional categories. If a delegate competes in an optional category and their optional score is higher than their Opening Number/Introduction that score will be replaced.

      • America’s Ultimate Queen does not have a specific ‘look’ that we are looking for. We encourage everyone to “Be YOUR own kind of BEAUTIFUL”

        • We ask that you take that into consideration with our Junior Division Contestants. While some might not look their age we still want their wardrobe to be age appropriate. 

        • While we do not have a specific look we do want someone that is approachable. 

      • America’s Ultimate Queen’s National Directors (Alyson Nicely & Nikita Klotzsche) will answer any questions regarding the 2023 contestants prior to the start of the main competition show (April 30, 2023). The National Directors will have no say or opinion on the scoring or placement of contestants. Winners will be based solely on scores given by the Primary Judges and verified by Tabulators.


 

  • Bios and Photos

    • Judges will submit a short bio and headshot to AUQPAGEANTS@GMAIL.COM within 72 hours of signing the Judge's Contract. 

      • Bios and Photos will be on our Website and Social Media pages.
